WORKPLACE SAFETY TECHNICIAN (SE and LT) - MG and ES

Description of the vacancy

• Responsible for monitoring and inspecting activities related to workplace safety, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize the risks of occurrence of work accidents, observing the compliance with all relevant legislation and procedures determined by the company (SSMA Policies), whose activities must be developed within the scope of the contract(s) under their responsibility;
• Respect the values of health, safety, and environment of the company;
• Monitor and inspect activities related to workplace safety, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize the risks of occurrence of work accidents;
• Inform workers about the risks of their activity, as well as measures for elimination and neutralization;
• Analyze work methods and processes and identify risk factors for work accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental agents, proposing their elimination or control;
• Execute accident prevention programs, following, evaluating, and if necessary establishing procedures to correct deviations;
• Promote DDS, debates, meetings, campaigns, lectures, meetings, trainings, and use other didactic and pedagogical resources with the aim of disseminating workplace safety and hygiene norms.
