WORKPLACE SAFETY TECHNICIAN PL

Development and dissemination of concepts and practices of safety, health, and environment on the project expansion unit, ensuring compliance with internal norms and relevant legislation, controlling losses and preventing workplace accidents:

• Carry out follow-up activities related to occupational health, mainly those that offer greater exposure to risk of accidents and professional diseases, in order to reduce the risk of these activities;
• Analyze reports and control sheets to gain knowledge of occurrences, in order to assist in decision-making and preventive/corrective actions;
• Ensure that the SHE system is implemented and maintained according to NR's (Regulatory Norms);
• Participate in evaluating new projects with emphasis on SHE;
• Promote actions focused on the SHE theme, such as periodic simulations at the unit;
• Organize documents from the sector, focusing on compliance with legal demands during inspections;
• Promote prevention and firefighting activities, controlling equipment;
• Select and size necessary PPEs for each activity, conducting the process of usage management, training, and other compliance with legal existences;
• Coordinate organization of health programs and campaigns for the team involved in the project expansion, as well as participate in relationships with the community, institutions, government, and company;
• Maintain the provision of necessary PPEs for each function within the usage deadline, ensuring records of EPI delivery.
