Workplace Safety - Managerial level (WHS, Logistics)

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing safety management strategies and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment. Support the Safety Manager in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards. Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees. Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures. Ensure that all safety-related activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective safety procedures. Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace health and safety matters. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence of incidents.
