These are our current challenges and prospective goals:

Glow uses a managed IT model for support and device management – and we're looking for someone who ensures that our daily IT operations run smoothly. You'll be part of a small team that manages our internal IT landscape: you'll coordinate with our IT service provider, keep track of devices and licenses, support colleagues with clear processes, and ensure that our security standards are lived in everyday life.

The role is mostly remote – but occasional on-site presence in Berlin is required to support our Production & Fulfillment Team when certain tasks cannot be handled remotely.

In this area, we need your support:

• Coordination with the IT service provider & daily operations: As a central interface to our managed IT partner, you'll ensure a smooth workflow
• Workplace IT & device management: You'll take care of all daily hardware processes – from orders to returns and inventory – and keep device-, inventory-, and license data always up-to-date and current.
• Security & Compliance Support: You'll support the implementation and execution of our IT and security guidelines, including audits
• Support for Production & Fulfillment: Our Production & Fulfillment Team will receive your support with access and system updates, and you'll be available on-site when tasks cannot be handled remotely
• Internal documentation & enablement: You'll keep our IT documentation and self-service guides up-to-date and support the introduction of new tools and security improvements

You bring the following experiences with you:

• You have experience in IT operations or workplace IT, ideally in a growing or remote-first company
• You feel comfortable handling SaaS tools, MDM platforms, and SSO setups
• You work structured, detail-oriented, and keep processes reliable
• You communicate clearly and find a good balance between user needs and security requirements
• You can occasionally support on-site in Berlin when needed
