Are you passionate about safety and looking to start a career in the growing renewable energy sector? We are currently seeking Expressions of Interests for Work Health & Safety (WHS) Trainees to support large-scale solar, and battery storage projects across Sydney and Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to gain nationally recognised WHS training while building real on-site experience in one of the fastest-growing industries in Australia.
About the Role As a WHS Trainee, you’ll work closely with site-based HSE teams and project managers to:

• Assist with safety inductions, toolbox talks, and compliance checks
• Support the recording of incidents, inspections, and safety audits
• Contribute to hazard identification and risk assessments
• Help maintain WHS records and documentation for regulatory compliance
• Participate in emergency drills and site safety initiatives

You’ll receive structured training towards a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, alongside practical on-the-job learning.
About You We’re looking for motivated individuals who are:

• Interested in safety, construction, and renewable energy
• Strong communicators with good attention to detail
• Willing to work on site and learn from experienced WHS professionals
• Committed to completing formal training as part of the traineeship

No prior WHS experience is required—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
