We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and people-focused Workplace Experience Officer to be the face of our office and ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails - providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations) to support events, projects, and office needs.
- Manage general office administration - ordering supplies, maintaining spaces, handling mail and deliveries.
- Support onboarding and engagement activities for new starters and the wider team.
- Troubleshoot tech or facility issues and liaise with relevant contacts for resolution.
- Keep the office organised, professional, and reflective of our team culture.

You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or reception (entry-level applicants welcome).
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
