Our client is an international consumer goods manufacturer with a wide range of innovative and sustainable products. We are looking for, as part of direct placement,

Tasks

1. Operational Security Control and Vendor Management: Monitoring of security and reception operations, conducting KPI reviews, and ensuring contract compliance.

2. Security Systems and Maintenance: Responsibility for the preventive maintenance of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.

3. Assessments, Audits, and Access Control: Conducting security assessments, spot checks, and access reviews to ensure authorization and system integrity.

4. Security Procedures and Incident Management: Maintaining site-specific procedures and creating and tracking security reports.

5. Regional Collaboration: Coordination with the JLL Security Regional Lead, implementation of regional initiatives, and escalation of critical issues.

6. Client Relationships and Network Building: Building a network within the P&G organization, documenting client feedback, and timely processing.

7. Site Initiatives and Communication: Leading security and HSE initiatives and promoting the visibility of the JLL team.

8. Vendor Management and Contract Control: Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contractually compliant services and costs.

9. Cost Optimization and Budget Responsibility: Developing cost-saving measures, creating budget forecasts, and achieving financial targets.

10. Reporting and Compliance: Creating regular reports and ensuring legal and client-specific requirements are met.

11. Proactive Service and Continuous Improvement: Handling client inquiries, coordinating all stakeholders, and continuously optimizing security and HSE services.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in occupational safety, security management, facility management, security technology, or equivalent.

• Qualifications such as Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (FaSi), security specialist, fire safety officer, HSE certifications, or comparable qualifications are advantageous, but not mandatory.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles in security and/or HSE, ideally in complex facility environments.

• Proven experience in vendor management and in the management of external security service providers.

• Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and security assessments.

• Knowledge of security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm systems) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, occupational safety laws, and compliance requirements is desirable.

• Understanding of physical security concepts and security procedures.

• Knowledge of process management, document management, and the creation of work instructions.

• Experience with KPI tracking, scorecard management, and performance reporting.

• Proficient in MS Office and ideally with CAFM or HSE management systems.

• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking.

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• Good English language skills for communication with international stakeholders and the use of English-language systems and documentation.
