Workplace Designer, Interior Designer, Concept Architect

Job Overview: Innovatecture is looking for talented and innovative Workplace Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetic, and collaborative workspaces that align with the company’s culture, needs, and vision. The Workplace Designer will collaborate with various teams, including architects, interior designers, and 3d visualizers, to create environments that foster productivity, well-being, and company success. Key Responsibilities: Design innovative and efficient workplace layouts, considering space planning, functionality, and aesthetics. Develop design concepts and presentations to communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Create detailed construction documents and specifications. Oversee project implementation and ensure designs are executed according to plan. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other professionals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies. Conduct site visits and assessments. Manage project budgets and timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in workplace design. Strong knowledge of space planning, FF&E, and construction documentation. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
