As a Workplace Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace banking initiatives that drive employee engagement and financial well-being. This includes designing and delivering financial education programs, providing personalized financial planning and advice, and promoting UOB's suite of employee benefits and rewards. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement workplace banking initiatives to drive employee engagement and financial well-being; • Design and deliver financial education programs for employees; • Provide personalized financial planning and advice to employees; • Promote UOB's suite of employee benefits and rewards; • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement workplace banking strategies; • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of workplace banking initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, business, human resources); • At least 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field; • Strong understanding of employee benefits and rewards programs; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
