Workplace Architect

We are looking for a resource for the role of WORKPLACE ARCHITECT for our Milan office.

The candidate will be part of the workplace design team and will be responsible, reporting to the Design Leader and the Project Manager, for:

• Developing innovative work environments in line with new ways of working;
• Developing projects through the preliminary, definitive, and executive phases;
• Coordinating and collaborating with other technical professionals involved in the projects;
• Verifying the technical feasibility of the proposed design solutions;
• Interpreting clients' cultural values to translate them into a design proposal;
• Effectively communicating their ideas through various graphic representation techniques;
• Independently managing the design process

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture;
• Orientation towards interior design (prior knowledge of workspace design and its trends is a plus);
• 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Proficiency in Revit software is a must;
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software:

- for 2D drawing,

- for 3D rendering,

- for image editing and post-production (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)

- for presentation creation (InDesign and PowerPoint, Canva and Figma are a plus);

• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence software and applications (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Krea, Runway, and others) is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written);
• Aptitude for teamwork with a view to process optimization and continuous improvement.
