We're looking for a Workplace and Administration Support Officer to deliver professional support services to NZTA staff, enabling them to succeed in their core business. In this role, you'll manage workplace functions and provide either administration and/or travel coordination support, contributing to the smooth operation of our office's. Key responsibilities include: * Maintaining a high standard of core building and office facilities * Completing workplace requests, and provide first level site support including digital and technical support * Supporting site health and safety, including building site inductions and orientations * Supporting our office security procedures and processes * Supporting day to day fleet management * Providing professional visitor management services * Providing professional administrative services, including meeting and event support, document preparation, and invoice processing, You will find out more about the role here. We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $65,278-$75,585 commensurate with skills and experience. Ko koe tēnei | About you To thrive in this role, you'll bring: * Experience in facilities support, administration, and travel coordination. * Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced environment. * A clean NZ driver licence, and confidence driving a range of passenger vehicles. * Strong Microsoft Office and digital skills, with technical problem-solving skills, and confidence in learning new systems. * Ability to work well in a team and take accountability for self-development. You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service. Mō mātou | About Us
