In 2021, Picnic raised 600 million euros from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to expand across Europe. After successfully launching operations in Germany and Northern France, we are now continuing our expansion in France, particularly in the Paris region.

Your tasks

• Collaboration: You will work closely with recruiters and internal teams to precisely identify recruitment needs and find the best talents.

• Candidate Sourcing: Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques to identify, approach, and present Picnic opportunities to potential candidates.

• Strategy: You will help the team develop creative strategies to attract unique profiles in a competitive market.

• Innovation: You will bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our recruitment methods and enhance team performance.

About you

• You are currently pursuing studies in business, human resources, psychology, or a similar field.
• You have prior experience in active sourcing or recruitment, gained through internships or student jobs.
• You are proactive, ambitious, and don't hesitate to propose and share new ideas.
• You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• You have a strong team spirit, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• At Picnic, we use Greenhouse as our ATS. It's a plus if you are already familiar with it or eager to learn!
