Tasks

Main tasks:

• Research and identification of current social media trends (e.g. on platforms like Instagram and TikTok)
• Observation of competitors and best practices in digital marketing
• Support in developing creative content ideas based on trends and target group needs
• Participation in working out creative content and campaign concepts
• Writing captions and targeted texts for various platforms
• Assistance in planning and implementing social media content (text, image, video)
• Creation of short reports on trends, performance, and learnings
• Tight collaboration with artist and campaign managers in developing and implementing campaigns
• Support in maintaining and further developing the social media channels

Qualification

• Experience in the field of content, social media, branded content, or creative strategy (e.g. agency, Creator Economy, media)
• A keen sense for creative trends, platform logics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience in working with talents, creators, or campaign teams
• Social Media understanding and the ability to turn an idea into a concept
• Initiative and communication strength
