Tasks

Campaign Management: You'll dive into B2B marketing and actively contribute to the conception, implementation, and further development of our diverse email marketing and online campaigns.

Observation Ability: You have an eye for data, monitor various KPIs to track the development of our activities, and lead to sensible measures for your tasks and campaigns.

Business Support: You support the team in their daily operations, such as creating professional presentations - perfectly suited to bring your business know-how to the next level.

Event Coordination: You'll take charge of organizing events and trade fairs, taking on partial responsibility for the flow.

Social Media Rockstar: You'll manage and play with our Aroundhome Social Media Accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and bring your own creative ideas to the table.

Requirements

Your Foundation: You're studying economics, communications, marketing, or a comparable field and are ideally still at least two semesters in.

Your Tool-Box: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is second nature to you. If you also bring some initial experience with Figma or the Adobe Creative Cloud - all the better!

Your Workstyle: You think analytically, work reliably, and have a high quality standard for your own results. In short: Your attention to detail is reliable.

Your Personality: You're communicatively strong, approach people openly, and enjoy genuine teamwork. A humorous atmosphere is just as important to you as it is to us.

Your Mindset: You love moving things forward, think in solutions rather than problems, and feel at home in a dynamic, agile environment.
