🛠 Your role

You have a desire to look behind the scenes of a growing team and not just think about People & Culture, but actively shape it? Then that fits pretty well!

As a working student in the People Team, you support us in our daily routine, take on your own topics, and ensure with us that our employees feel well taken care of, organized, and happy.

Your focus lies at around 70% in the People area and around 30% in Office Management. Since we are a startup, this distribution can sometimes shift according to need - flexibility and adaptability belong to us simply.

Tasks

⚒️ Your mission

• People Operations & Administration: You support the daily People Team routine, help optimize processes and workflows, create surveys and evaluate them. Additionally, you assist in creating employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Onboarding: You accompany new employees on their first day, prepare everything for the first workday, and ensure a great welcome experience.
• Event-Support & Culture: You help with organizing internal events and culture initiatives and ensure that everything runs smoothly – whether it's a small team event or a larger get-together.
• Employer Branding: You support the development of our employer brand and bring in ideas for content and initiatives, making us visible as an employer.
• Recruiting Support: You support us with recruiting, e.g., candidate communication, coordination, or preparation and follow-up on interviews.
• Office & Hardware: You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office – from orders to post to hardware and small technical issues.

Qualification

💡 You bring best of all

• You study Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on Personnel and Organization.
• You have ideal experience in the People & Culture area.
• You possess a positive mindset and are not afraid to approach people.
• You are creative, organized, communicative, and hands-on – problem-solving is second nature to you.
• You have German language skills at native speaker level and feel comfortable in English, as we are an international team.
• To support your personal development and take on responsibility for projects and processes, it would be great if you could commit to us for a longer period (min. 6 months).
