The FlixTrain Partnermanagement is responsible for the operational railway operations and ensures that material-, logistics- and process flows run smoothly. We work closely with internal interfaces and external partners, driving continuous development of our processes forward.

About the Role

• Supporting material- and logistics processes in operational daily business
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries and inventory
• Controlling supplies, consumables, and inventory levels
• Participating in projects in the areas of Supply Chain, Spare Parts Management, and Logistics Automation
• Occasional work at warehouse locations in the Berlin metropolitan area (material replenishment, inventories)
• Analyzing operational processes and developing optimization approaches
• Supporting process improvements, quality assurance, and data-based evaluations

About You

• Enrolled study with a focus on economics, logistics, transportation or a comparable field of study
• Structured, reliable work style and good operational understanding
• Able to quickly grasp information, prioritize, and categorize
• Analytical thinking and insight into process relationships
• Clear communication and meticulous documentation
• Self-reliant work style and openness to professional exchange
• Very good German and English language skills
