Your Role as a Working Student (m/f/d) CRM &

As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will support us in ensuring high data quality in our central systems. This role is ideal for you if you want to gain initial practical experience working with data and understand how data-driven companies operate. You will take on responsibility from the start, learn about modern tools, and make an important contribution to the success of our revenue teams.

• You will support the maintenance, cleansing, and structuring of data in our CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure high data quality and consistent datasets.

• You will prepare data for reports and analyses (e.g., in Salesforce) and check it for completeness and quality before use.

• You will identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and structural problems and assist in their resolution.

• You will participate in the definition and documentation of data standards and data hygiene processes.

• You will work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and support data-driven processes in daily work.

This is how we envision you as our Working Student (m/f/d) CRM &

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant course of study (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics).

• You have initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• You have good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., filtering, sorting, simple formulas).

• You have a basic understanding of structured data (e.g., tables, fields, datasets).

• You are interested in data and analyses and possess the necessary diligence and concentration for data-intensive tasks.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner with a high standard of quality.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with various teams.

• You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2).

Nice-to-haves – what additionally impresses us:

• Basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker).

• Initial exposure to data cleansing or data imports.
