Working Student (m/f/d) - Freight Forwarding

Become part of our Freight Forwarding team in Hamburg and support us with our daily logistics activities. You will ensure that shipment data is up-to-date and correct, work with various systems and Excel, and support the team with various operational and administrative tasks.

Your duties

• Maintenance and updating of shipment data in our systems and Excel
• Entry, organization, and management of logistics-related data and documents
• Support for the team in daily freight forwarding activities
• Checking data for completeness and correctness
• Support in keeping processes and documents up-to-date
• Close cooperation with colleagues for a smooth daily routine

• Good MS Excel skills
• Structured, reliable, and careful way of working
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Good German language skills and basic English language skills
• Interest in logistics and freight forwarding
• Initial experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage, but not a requirement

• 30 vacation days per year (pro-rata)
