BOLD & EPIC Systems is the leading implementation partner for weclapp ERP in the DACH region. We accompany start-ups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises from introduction to ongoing optimization – including our own plugins and interfaces that tailor weclapp precisely to the respective processes. Artificial intelligence is not an add-on, but a fixed component of our work: We set Claude into development, data analysis, and internal workflows, and integrate AI deeply into our consulting and development services.

Your Tasks

• You support our consultants in introducing weclapp ERP as well as training users
• You contribute to the implementation of interface and plugin projects
• You analyze customer processes, data structures, and requirements independently and translate them into clean, practical configurations
• You document processes and configurations AI-supported – understandable and comprehensible for colleagues and customers

Your Profile

• You are studying business informatics, business administration or a comparable field
• You think analytically, work structured, and keep an overview even with complex topics
• You pay attention to accuracy and have an eye for detail
• You are team-oriented, communicative, and confident in your interactions with colleagues and customers
• You bring high self-motivation and work independently into new topics
• You have a strong affinity to systems, data, and AI-supported processes
• Ideal would be if you already worked with Claude or comparable AI tools
