Short Description

To support our Sales and Offtake team, we are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy working student to join our Sales Excellence & Commercial Operations team.
With your eye for structure, well-organised customer data and reliable tracking, you’ll lay the foundations for our sales team to work efficiently and focus fully on supporting and acquiring customers.

Your tasks

  • Analysing and further developing existing sales processes with a focus on simplicity, usability and acceptance within the team
  • Setting up and maintaining structured information and filing systems for sales, offtake and business development, ranging from folder structures and templates to sales documentation
  • Standardising the preparation for and follow-up of client meetings, conferences and external events, including meeting notes, contact lists, follow-ups and action lists
  • Creating and maintaining account overviews, tracking lists and management reports
  • Maintaining and consolidating client, contact and opportunity information in SharePoint, Excel and Outlook, and, in the future, in the CRM system


Your profile

  • Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Sustainability Management, Communication or a similar subject
  • Ideally, some initial experience with CRM systems, sales processes, data maintenance or project management
  • An interest in B2B sales and sustainable energy sources such as e-fuels, Sustainable Aviation Fuel or power-to-liquid technologies
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, as well as a strong flair for professional customer communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally SharePoint too
  • Ability to work independently, with a meticulous and structured approach to work
  • Availability of at least 12 hours per week, which can be flexibly arranged to fit in with the lecture timetable
