At Tonies Licensing, we are dedicated to bringing the magic of audio to children everywhere. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic working student (m/f/d) to support our portfolio of global licensing accounts and help drive international licensing projects from the initial idea to final product launch. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain valuable practical experience in a commercially oriented environment – alongside a team that manages relationships with major international licensors in the toy and entertainment industry in North America and the EMEA region.

• Support in Licensing Management: You will support the licensing team in maintaining and coordinating relationships with international licensing partners.
• Involvement in International Projects: You will accompany international licensing projects through various phases – from initial discussions and contract finalization to product development and market launch.
• Commercial Support: You will assist in the creation and maintenance of licensing P&Ls (Profit and Loss statements) and support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Interface Coordination: You will support communication between internal departments (e.g., product development, marketing, legal, finance) and external licensing agencies or partners.
• Market & Industry Research: You will research current trends and developments in the global licensing and entertainment industry and prepare the findings for the team.

• Studies: Enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration (BWL), Media Management, Communication Studies, or a related field.
• Industry Interest: Initial exposure to or interest in the global toy and entertainment industry.
• Numerical Affinity: Basic understanding of commercial concepts and confident handling of Excel and reports.
• Previous Experience is an Advantage: Internships or working student positions in licensing, marketing, or business development are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills in German and English, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with external partners.
• Personality: Proactive, structured, and eager-to-learn personality who enjoys working independently and feels comfortable in an international, dynamic environment.
