Aufgaben

Your Impact in this Position:

As a working student in the finance department (w/m/d), you will be an integral part of our team and ensure that our financial processes run smoothly. You will take responsibility for accounting, support with monthly and annual closings, and be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. With your engagement, you will contribute to aedifion's sustainable growth as a scale-up – and do so in an environment that fosters your personal and professional development.

This is what awaits you:

• Accounting with responsibility from day one: Support in creditor and debtor accounting from the recording and pre-accounting of incoming invoices to the coordination with our tax consultant. Creation of outgoing invoices in Billomat and Salesforce, as well as accompanying the reminder process.
• Finance processes in flow: You will ensure that our financial processes run smoothly by acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Communication as a key: Clear and address-specific communication of financial topics – whether within the team or towards external partners.
• Participation in closings: Support with monthly and annual closings, as well as reporting to stakeholders like shareholders, teams, and customers.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• Financial know-how: You are currently studying business administration with a focus on finance and accounting in your bachelor's or master's degree – or have already completed a financial training program.
• Flexible start options: You have time to dedicate up to 20 hours per week to us.
• Excel pro: You feel comfortable working with Excel and bring good to very good knowledge of the Office 365 world.
• Communication on eye level: You communicate professionally, whether by phone or email, and can handle business correspondence independently and in a style that is consistent with our company's tone.
• Structure meets self-responsibility: You work independently and structured, prioritize your tasks, and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Tools? You'll learn them quickly: Whether Billomat, Salesforce, Spendesk, or DATEV – if you already know them, all the better. If not, we will teach you everything important.
• Languages: Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking round out your profile.
