YOUR IMPACT
As a Working Student Field Marketing & Events DACH, you will support our field marketing team with operational and organizational tasks related to campaigns, events, data management, and the localization of marketing content. You will work closely with the Head of Field Marketing, Events & Experiences as well as the Field Marketing Managers for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, gaining direct insight into the way an international SaaS marketing team operates.
You will support the operational implementation of marketing campaigns, prepare target audience lists and campaign materials, and help to efficiently implement cross-channel programs – also with the aid of modern AI tools.
You will prepare materials for sales, organize follow-up lists after events, and help to successfully convert marketing activities into sales opportunities.
You will research relevant associations, industry events, and potential cooperation partners in the DACH compliance market and maintain our partner database.
You will assist in planning and executing events – from shipping and logistics, participant management, to on-site setup and follow-up – and accompany events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
You will coordinate webinars, assist with dry runs, optimize presentations (also with AI support), and manage live Q&A sessions.
You will work closely with our central performance marketing team, coordinate marketing materials, and support the implementation of regional campaigns.
You will localize marketing content for the DACH market, check translations, optimize templates, and use AI-powered translation tools to ensure consistent brand communication.
You will analyze marketing data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms, update reports, and support the team in making data-driven decisions.
You will monitor market and competitor developments as well as regulatory trends, use AI-powered summaries as needed, and contribute your findings to marketing planning.
Become part of our success story and support us on our journey to become the leading provider of digital compliance and governance solutions.
