JOIN OUR TEAM

Do you want to experience how modern B2B marketing really works – where campaigns are created and events are brought to life? Then become a working student in Field Marketing & Events DACH at EQS Group and support our team in implementing campaigns, events, and partnerships to reach our target audiences.

You will work closely with experienced marketing colleagues in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, support us with exciting events throughout the DACH region, and learn from the start how modern AI tools help make marketing more efficient. If you are curious, work in a structured manner, and want to develop professionally quickly, this position offers you the ideal entry.

The EQS Group is a leading international cloud software provider in the areas of Compliance & Ethics, Data Privacy, Sustainability Management, and Investor Relations. We support thousands of organizations worldwide in mastering the challenges of modern corporate responsibility. Our solutions help companies protect data, comply with regulatory requirements, and achieve sustainability goals. From data protection measures and secure whistleblower systems to emissions reporting – our solutions establish a culture of transparency and trust.

The success of our company begins with our employees. We bring together dedicated personalities who value meaningful work, are proud of what they do, and support each other to achieve more together. Passion and Trust are not just values for us – they are at the core of our daily actions. Our mission is Creating Trusted Companies. If you are inspired by our mission and want to make a real contribution, we look forward to your application.

  • Living our values! Our values connect us. They shape our collaboration across teams and cultures and create a work environment full of trust and belonging where everyone can succeed.

  • Great atmosphere! We foster a dynamic culture where common goals bring us together. We inspire and strengthen each other with initiatives for volunteer work and unforgettable company events because we want to make a positive impact together.

  • Work-Life-Balance is a must! Enjoy a modern office with state-of-the-art technical equipment, flexible working hours, and a hybrid work model – including the option to work from EU countries. In addition to paid vacation, we offer you the possibility of a sabbatical because your free time is important to us.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Working Student Field Marketing & Events DACH, you will support our field marketing team with operational and organizational tasks related to campaigns, events, data management, and the localization of marketing content. You will work closely with the Head of Field Marketing, Events & Experiences as well as the Field Marketing Managers for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, gaining direct insights into the workings of an international SaaS marketing team.

  • You will support the operational implementation of marketing campaigns, prepare target audience lists and campaign materials, and help to efficiently implement cross-channel programs – also with the help of modern AI tools.

  • You will prepare materials for sales, organize follow-up lists after events, and help to successfully convert marketing activities into sales opportunities.

  • You will research relevant associations, industry events, and potential cooperation partners in the DACH compliance market and maintain our partner database.

  • You will support the planning and execution of events – from shipping and logistics, participant management, to on-site setup and follow-up – and accompany events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • You will coordinate webinars, assist with dry runs, optimize presentations (also with AI support), and manage live Q&A sessions.

  • You will work closely with our central performance marketing team, coordinate marketing materials, and support the implementation of regional campaigns.

  • You will localize marketing content for the DACH market, review translations, optimize templates, and use AI-powered translation tools to ensure consistent brand communication.

  • You will analyze marketing data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms, update reports, and support the team in making data-driven decisions.

  • You will monitor market and competitor developments as well as regulatory trends, use AI-powered summaries where necessary, and contribute your findings to marketing planning.

Become part of our success story and support us on our way to becoming a leading provider of digital compliance and governance solutions.

THIS IS YOU

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field of study.

  • You are passionate about marketing and events and want to gain practical experience in a dynamic international environment.

  • You have a basic understanding of sales processes and know why high-quality leads are important.

  • You communicate confidently and professionally – both in writing and orally – and feel comfortable giving presentations in small internal circles.

  • You work in a structured, meticulous manner and can keep an overview even with multiple tasks.

  • You enjoy working with numbers and want to learn how data-driven marketing works.

  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and are interested in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot – we will gladly teach you everything else.

  • You have native-level German skills as well as very good English skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing.

  • You live in or around Munich or can commute to our location regularly (hybrid work model).

  • You are willing to travel within Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland to accompany events.

  • You enjoy working with international colleagues, communicate confidently via email and chat, and align with global processes.

  • You identify with EQS Group's mission to support companies in building trust through compliance and want to actively contribute.
