As a Working Student Digital Customer Success in the E-Commerce department at ARMEDANGELS, you can gain deep insights into the fashion industry and e-commerce - and do so as sustainably as possible!

Since 2007, we at ARMEDANGELS have been proving that fashion can be done differently: innovative and timeless, produced according to responsible standards for people and the planet. No wage slavery, no harmful chemicals, no cheap mass-produced goods. From the simple idea of printing T-shirts and collecting donations for projects and organizations through their sale, a company has grown that is now one of the largest sustainable lifestyle labels in Europe. With a team of 160 people and four collections a year, we at ARMEDANGELS show that responsibility and good product design are not mutually exclusive.

With these tasks, you contribute to success

• You are part of our customer service and therefore a representative and figurehead of our brand.
• Together with your colleagues, you have the important task of delighting our customers with the best service day after day.
• Whether complaints, claims, or questions about an order - you will find the right solution for every problem!
• You communicate personally and individually with our customers via telephone, chat, and email, thus contributing to many positive experiences.
• You are an expert for our online shop and know the process of an order as well as the associated processes and systems in detail.

This is what you should bring

• You are a registered student and ideally can support us from September with 20 hours per week.
• You are a service talent, know how to make customers happy, and bring a positive basic attitude and an engaging personality.
• You calmly solve even tricky customer concerns and keep an overview of your tasks even in turbulent phases.
• You are a communication talent - you write and speak German and English very well and find the right words in every situation.
• You are a team player and inspire with your open nature.
