About Uplane

Uplane is reinventing the marketing industry with AI: We develop and operate AI software to make performance marketing faster, better, and more efficient. As an AI-focused marketing agency, we offer performance marketing management as a service. We are looking for creative minds to support our marketing managers in their daily creative work.

Your Role

You will produce creative content using our AI software: static ads, video ads, and landing pages. Account management and client communication are handled by our marketing managers, leaving you free to focus on creativity.

Your Tasks

• You will create static ads, video ads, and landing pages with our AI software, from the idea to the finished asset

• You will produce variations of what works, always keeping quality and brand guidelines in mind
  
  

Your Profile

• You are enrolled at a university

• You have a feel for social media and design, and a desire for creative work

• You speak fluent German

• You work independently and reliably

• You are keen to use new AI tools
  

Nice to have: Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) or tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma. Your own content projects? Feel free to show them to us.

What awaits you

• €18-22 per hour, up to 20 hrs./week (happily more if needed during semester breaks)

• Minimum 3 months, starting immediately

• Completely remote until the beginning of October, after that optionally remote or on-site at our new Berlin office

• Ownership from day 1 and a steep learning curve with the latest AI tools

Compensation: €18 – €22 per hour
