Working Student Content Creation (m/w/d)

As a Junior Community Marketing Manager/-in, you will be at the heart of our growing community. You will build relationships, nurture them, and develop creative concepts to make New Soul visible in an authentic and organic way. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Brand teams and actively contribute to the growth of our community and the strengthening of our brand.

Your Tasks

Influencer Marketing

• Identification, selection, and management of suitable creators (Nano to Mid-Tier)
• Creation of briefings, coordination of collaborations, and evaluation of performance
• Building a creator pool for long-term partnerships
• Development of new activation and UGC formats for our studios and brand world

Brand & Community Partnerships

• Establishment and maintenance of partnerships with brands, gyms, health-, wellness- and lifestyle-communities
• Planning and implementation of joint actions (events, content, giveaways, bundles, pop-ups etc.)
• Proactive scouting for brands that fit our target audience and quality standards
• Coordination and evaluation of all partnerships including reporting community management (WhatsApp & LinkedIn)
• Operative management and moderation of our WhatsApp community (member news, offers, content, feedback)
• Maintenance and active growth of our LinkedIn community (posts, engagement, creator-relations, PMs)
• Building structured community processes, playbooks, and a clear community tone
• Analysis of community data and derivation of insights for marketing & product

You bring

• First professional experience in marketing, influencer relations, social media or community management
• A keen sense for creators, brand communication, aesthetics, and trends
• Strong communicative skills – written and spoken
• Organizational skills and joy in managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Proactivity, ownership mentality, and enthusiasm for wellness, health & lifestyle
• German on a native level, very good English language skills
