Your Tasks

• Development of creative, brand-compliant content ideas for various platforms – with a focus on performance ads.
• Production of high-quality texts, visual and multimedia contents (Reels, Short Videos, UGC), that reflect our brand tone.
• Content production in our studios – both in front of and behind the camera – as well as collaboration with external creators for photo and video shootings.
• Writing and editing of texts with a focus on correctness, tone, and style; platform-adapted adjustment for maximum performance and engagement.
• Visual storytelling: You bring your ideas in and help us develop the new:soul brand every day.

• German on a native level as well as fluent English skills in writing and speaking.
• Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines parallelly.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as a keen eye for details, tone, and style.
• Experience in video editing and creating short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
