Working Student – Chatbot (Review & Training)

We are looking for a working student to join our team at our Berlin location.

Your Responsibility

• You will support the conception, implementation, and documentation of our chatbot to optimize internal company processes.
• You will support reporting in the KPI area and lead recommendations based on these reports.
• You can use your data analysis skills to create reports and make data-based decisions.

Your Profile

• You are a registered student with high IT affinity, structured, and meticulous work habits.
• You possess excellent analytical competence and enjoy diving deep into data and processes to find systemic problems.
• You have a passion for UX and communication and ideally bring first-hand experience with Conversational AI (intents, flows) or in the content-review/QA area.
• You are confident working with data (spreadsheets, CSV, ideally SQL) and learn quickly how to use new tools (e.g. n8n, Zendesk).
• You work result-oriented, have high quality standards, and bring a strong problem-solving mentality.
• You possess excellent German language skills (native or near-native) as well as very good English language skills in writing and speaking.
