MY HEALTH & BEAUTY is one of the fastest-growing startups in the aesthetic medicine sector in Germany.

Within just 3 years, we have built up 10 own clinics and locations, treated over 50,000 customers, and created a strong brand in a growth market.

As a Working Student Growth & Strategy, you will work directly with the management team on strategic and operational projects.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• You will work directly on projects in the areas of growth, strategy, operations, expansion, sales, and marketing.
• You will analyze KPIs, locations, revenues, treatment data, marketing channels, and operational processes.
• You will support the expansion of new locations and the establishment of scalable structures.
• You will identify operational weaknesses.
• You will help improve processes, develop standards, and increase performance measurable.
• You will work closely with COO, CEO, location managers, marketing, recruiting, and operations.

Qualifikation

• We are looking for extremely high-performing working students with a strong sense of self-demand.
• You fit in if you are analytically strong, learn quickly, and do not wait for each task to be explained individually.
• You study ideally business administration, economics, management, finance, entrepreneurship, medical management, or a comparable field.
• You have very good analytical skills and can structure complex topics quickly.
• You work precisely, reliably, and with high speed.
• You are confident in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• You have a strong understanding of numbers, growth, processes, and entrepreneurial connections.
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and directly.
• Experience in consulting, startups, private equity, venture capital, sales, operations, or growth is a plus, but not a must.
• What's more important than your CV is your claim.
