As a Working Student Business Development & Sales Operations (all genders), you will be an essential part of our team. Alongside experienced colleagues from Business Development and Sales, you will actively drive our business development and decisively shape the strategic and operational future of Wemolo.
For this position, we are ideally looking for someone who can support our team for at least one year.
What to expect
Market & Potential Analyses: Analysis of market potentials, customer segments, and use cases for targeted prioritization of our sales and growth initiatives
Process Development: Support in building scalable and efficient processes for the introduction of new products, features, and business models
Competitor & Trend Analyses: Monitoring of market and competitor developments and derivation of valuable insights
Sales Operations: You will support the Sales team through research and presentations. Furthermore, you will maintain our CRM tool to provide the Sales team with a reliable data basis for decisions.
Evaluations: You will analyze sales data and potential locations and prepare the results for Sales and Management.

Your Background: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration (e.g., BWL, VWL or a comparable field of study) and ideally have initial practical experience from a startup, consulting, or strategy environment.
Analytical Excellence: You work in a structured manner, quickly grasp complex contexts, and make decisions based on data and facts.
Hands-on Mentality: You tackle tasks independently, enjoy taking responsibility, and find pragmatic solutions even for new challenges.
Team Spirit & Drive: You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute your own ideas, and want to achieve something together.
Communication Skills: You express yourself clearly and appropriately for the target audience and can convincingly present work results to various stakeholders.
Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
