In which areas can you show your power? 

From day one, you will start in one of these areas to unleash your creativity in problem-solving:  

• Consumer - Drive our growth through pricing, supplier strategy, and our market strategy. Specifically? For example, shaping our market entry into new cities. Your decisions will shape how millions of customers experience Picnic.
• Logistics - Build and expand Picnic's logistics puzzle. What does that mean? Robot-assisted processing, demand forecasting, route optimization across Europe, and much more.

Part of the recruiting process is to assign you to one of these areas. 

What you bring with you

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Technology & Management, Business Analytics, or similar)
• Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Completed projects in the field of data analysis
• Gained experience in management consulting (big plus)
• You can explain complex analytical concepts understandably to various stakeholders
• Communication skills that transform abstract plans into tangible information
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Proficient in SQL and Python or motivated to learn them
• Available for at least 16 hours per week for at least 4 months
