Your Role

As a B2C Inside Sales Working Student, you will be responsible for our small business customers from the initial contact to the contract signing. You will handle their incoming inquiries, advise them in sales talks and joint meetings, prepare corresponding offers, and develop flexible mobility solutions together with them. As part of a dynamic team, you can contribute your expertise and know-how 100% and continuously develop yourself.


Your Mission
  • Proactively and professionally advise customers through various communication channels (phone, email) to achieve a high conversion rate for subscription closures.

  • Work closely with your sales team to ensure the best support and achieve common sales goals.

  • Utilize targeted communication strategies to continuously increase customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

  • Proactively collect and analyze customer requirements and forward valuable feedback internally to optimize the product and customer approach.

  • Actively contribute your strategic thinking to the consultation and further development of sales processes.

  • Independently identify potential improvements in internal processes to sustainably increase efficiency and customer experience


  • Your Profile

    Must have:

  • Enthusiasm for customer contact as well as initial practical experience in customer consulting, sales, or customer service (motivated career starters are also welcome).

  • Strong service orientation and an independent, solution-oriented approach to customer concerns.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt flexibly to different conversation partners.

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style, as well as the drive to question and optimize existing processes

  • Fluent German skills (C2 level) as well as confident English skills.
