  • experience in managing employment plans and ensuring their accuracy and correctness,

  • ability to identify and propose process improvements,
  • experience in collaborating with managers and key stakeholders,
  • high accuracy and attention to detail,
  • comfort working in a large, international environment.

For our client - a large, international organization in the financial sector - we are looking for a person for the position of Workforce Planning Analyst, who will join the team responsible for planning and managing resources in a global technological environment.

This is a role combining workforce planning, recruitment operations, contractor management, and collaboration with managers and key stakeholders.

[current management of employment plans for selected areas of the organization, planning demand for permanent employees and contractors based on projects and business priorities, close cooperation with Operations Managers and Hiring Managers regarding recruitment needs and workforce planning, monitoring and coordinating the recruitment pipeline and ensuring timely execution of individual activities, managing contractor-related processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and monitoring cooperation periods, ensuring the correctness, completeness, and high quality of employment data, ensuring compliance of implemented activities with applicable policies and procedures, supporting activities related to insourcing and larger recruitment initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement, participation in UAT tests and providing feedback on the development of used tools.]
