• experience in Workforce Management, Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Recruitment Operations, or related fields,
• good knowledge of the full workforce management cycle and recruitment processes,
• experience in managing employment plans and ensuring their accuracy and correctness,
• very good analytical and problem-solving skills,
• ability to work with large amounts of information and draw key conclusions from it,
• ability to identify and propose process improvements,
• experience in collaborating with managers and key stakeholders,
• high accuracy and attention to detail,
• comfort working in a large, international environment.

This is a role combining workforce planning, recruitment operations, contractor management, and collaboration with managers and key stakeholders.
