Job description
The role is responsible for calculating the workload and preparing adequate shift plans (rotations) for the Viking Travel Care, to ensure optimal staffing at all times, for our 24/7 365 operation. Especially long-term planning, but also execute on short term changes in the shifts, e.g. due to illness, holidays and other.
