About the role | As a Workforce Planner, you will ensure our workforce aligns with strategic goals through proactive forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time adjustments. Responsibilities include developing forecasts, and workplans that balance service delivery and employee wellbeing. About you | You can work independently while being part of a supportive team. Our team is based in various locations throughout New Zealand, yet we maintain a close-knit and supportive environment. You are proactive and willing to take the initiative to reach out to team members for assistance whenever needed. * Proven skills in workload management, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource allocation. * Background with workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys Cloud). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to diversity and inclusion. * Experience managing busy environments. * Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills. * Customer-focused with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI. * Cultural competency in Māori and/or Pacific cultures is ideal We value potential and growth over perfection. The appointing salary for this role will sit between $90,039 and $110,047and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
