Workforce Planner Engineer (F/H)

In a context of strong growth in our activities Garantie on-site client, we are strengthening our team with a Workforce Planner. This key role aims to accompany the rise in workload of field teams by ensuring optimal resource planning, linked to quality, safety, and performance requirements specific to our profession. You will participate in strategic capital human management to face current and future challenges.

Your missions

  • Develop and adjust workload plans for the Garantie activity based on skill levels and contractual and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders, product managers, and support functions to anticipate resource needs and training requirements.
  • Monitor performance indicators related to planning (coverage rates, deadline compliance, skills development).
  • Participate in structuring planning processes in a rapidly growing context.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of staff management tools and methods.
  • You will participate in the strategy for recruitment, training, and internal mobility plans.

Profile sought

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent in management, logistics, engineering, or human resources.
  • A first experience in an industrial environment is required; knowledge of the rail sector is an asset.
  • Mastery of planning tools (Excel, ERP) and interest in technical environments.
  • Rigour, sense of organization, ability to manage priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Good relational skills and team spirit, with the ability to interact with technical and operational profiles.
  • Good level of English both written and spoken.
