Workforce Planner - 12 month fixed term

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Planner to join our Workforce Planning team in Auckland. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate staff rosters that align with business demand, customer service expectations, and financial targets. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure labour resources are optimised across departments, while maintaining compliance with employment agreements and legislation. This includes developing and implementing workforce plans that meet business needs, managing staffing levels, and ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce planning, such as labour costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
