About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Workforce Modeller , you will play a key role in shaping how our Service Delivery workforce is planned and supported. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex models that guide operational decisions, ensuring our workforce has the right skills and capabilities to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Key responsibilities include: • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex models that guide operational decisions; • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs; • Providing insights and recommendations to inform workforce planning and decision-making; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce modelling and analytics.
