You have a comprehensive understanding of processes, structures, and systems in the Customer Care area? You also want to use your analytical skills and communication strength to provide our customers with the best service around their vacation booking? Then join our operational Customer Care team at our Headquarter Leipzig and take on as Workforce Manager (m/w/d) the responsibility for planning and controlling the Service Workforce.

Your Tasks

• Personnel Planning: Development and implementation of effective personnel deployment strategies
• Scheduling: Creation of demand-based schedules taking into account employee satisfaction
• Operative Responsibility: Ensuring the operational and technical daily routine in internal and external service centers
• Workload Management: Coordination, monitoring, and analysis of call and backoffice volume using control and reporting tools, as well as prioritization and distribution of tasks
• Resource and Process Optimization: Identification of efficiency potential, flexible management of capacities, reaction to short-term changes, and ensuring productivity
• Schnittstellenmanagement: Central point of contact for vacation experts in planning or technical questions, as well as close exchange with team leaders, IT, Quality Assurance, and other interfaces
• Service Provider and Disturbance Management: Communication with international external service providers on process and system issues, as well as acceptance, prioritization, and solution of technical system disturbances in collaboration with IT

Your Profile
