Workforce Analyst / Scheduler
Job description
The role of the Scheduler is to focus on ensuring excellence of service quality across medical, operational and security assistance services delivered through our Regional Assistance Centers to enable the highest possible outcome in all cases. This role ensures the careful and deliberate coordination of personnel scheduling 24 hours 365 days a year across the medical, operations and security functions across the Mexico City, Philadelphia, Singapore Follow-the-Sun, and remote work locations. KEY responsibilities include: ensuring that schedules are accurate and up-to-date; coordinating with team members to ensure seamless transitions between shifts; identifying and addressing potential scheduling conflicts; providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders; maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information; and performing other duties as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
