WORKFORCE ADMINISTRATOR – PERMANENT, FULL-TIME
Location: Management Support Office at Ellerslie, Auckland
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Workforce Rostering Administrator to support the effective management of our workforce rosters. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, real-time staffing information across multiple systems while maintaining high-quality long-term master rosters and leave applications.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data, and communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update workforce rosters in real time across multiple systems
- Manage and maintain long-term master rosters, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry and validation
- Monitor changes such as leave, shift swaps, and unplanned absences
- Ensure roster data aligns across systems and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Communicate roster changes clearly with clinicians, managers, and operational teams
- Support workforce planning by providing accurate and timely roster information
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or rostering roles
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, filtering, pivot tables preferred)
- Comfortable managing data in real time across multiple systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with workforce rostering or scheduling systems
- Experience in healthcare or 24/7 operational environments
- Understanding of fatigue and workforce compliance rules
