Adecco For our client, a leading global company in the print media industry, we are looking for a reliable and responsible:

Your area of responsibility:

• Together with other specialists, you will install, train, and support digital environments at customer sites
• You will take on and manage independent projects and implement them actively at our customers' sites; installation & configuration of comprehensive software solutions, servers, and coordination with external IT service providers to support customers
• Client software installation on various operating systems and binding to machines is also part of this interesting task.
• You will also expect growing cooperation within the group with other specialists from this area.
• 1st Level Support for all products, either remotely or on-site at the customer's location
• Installation, configuration, and updating of software solutions
• Customer training on-site and/or remotely
• Consulting in IT & network areas and performing workflow migrations.

Your development will grow your tasks. Profile:

• Basic education in the printing industry
• You already have fundamental IT knowledge or a high affinity for it
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken; French and/or Italian language skills are an asset
• You can read technical documentation in English
