Job description

This is a Remote Position available in Italy, Spain, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Americas, the Philippines, and India. Role Overview The Workday Trainer has as a primary responsibility the design, development, and delivery of training programs to support the effective adoption and utilization of the Workday platform across the organization. While the main focus is on Workday HCM and related modules, the role ensures that employees, managers, and stakeholders gain the knowledge and skills needed to understand and effectively use the various features and functionalities of the Workday system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, as well as experience in training and development. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing training programs for end-users, including course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises. • Delivering training sessions to employees, managers, and stakeholders, both virtually and in-person. • Conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions. • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that training programs are accurate, comprehensive, and relevant. • Providing ongoing support and coaching to end-users as they learn and apply the skills and knowledge gained from the training programs. • Staying up-to-date with Workday platform updates, enhancements, and best practices, and incorporating this knowledge into training programs. • Developing and maintaining a library of reusable learning objects (RLOs) that can be used across multiple training programs. • Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training programs and materials. • Providing regular progress reports and metrics on training program effectiveness. • Maintaining accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, as well as experience in training and development. This is a freelance position.
