Workday Security Analyst

We are looking for talented professionals with hands-on experience in Workday Security and QA processes . The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of Workday security configurations and testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities:  Manage Domain Security , Role Assignments , and ISU Role Creation  Perform new role creation and ensure accurate access management  Manage authentication policies and maintain system compliance  Develop and maintain security reports and dashboards  Perform security audits and provide recommendations for improvements  Collaborate with functional teams to understand security requirements and implement solutions  Conduct security testing and ensure data privacy and protection  Troubleshoot security-related issues and provide resolutions  Stay up-to-date with Workday security best practices and updates Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.  3+ years of experience in Workday security administration.  Strong understanding of Workday security configurations, including domain security, business process security, and role-based security.  Experience with Workday security testing and QA processes.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:  Workday Security Certification.  Experience with Workday Studio.  Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
