Job Title: Application Developer Education Requirement: 15 years of full-time education Project Role: Application Developer Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas.
Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
Contribute to finding and implementing solutions to work-related challenges.
Assist with documenting application processes and workflows.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies through continuous learning.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.

Hands-on experience in application development and configuration.
