Workday Integration Lead - 6 to 12 Months Contract

Join our team as a Workday Time and Absence Management Lead for a dynamic 6 to 12-month contract. You will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Time and Absence systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and support system enhancements and troubleshooting. This hybrid role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Time and Absence systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
• Provide support for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Conduct integration discovery workshops to assess current systems and data flows.
• Advise clients on Workday integration best practices and security.
• Design and oversee Workday integration implementations.
• Manage integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all integrations.
• Work with third-party vendors for secure data exchange.
• Maintain and improve integration documentation and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and enterprise integration design.
• Certification in Workday Integrations and Studio.
