Workday Integration Consultant
Job description
Job Summary We are seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to design, develop, maintain, and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data exchanges that support business operations. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Studio integrations Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integration flows for various systems, including but not limited to: HR systems, Payroll systems, Finance systems, and IT systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integrations that meet those needs. Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, including technical guides, user manuals, and release notes. Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday and third-party system releases and updates, and apply this knowledge to improve integration designs and implementations. Provide training and support to end-users on new integrations and changes to existing integrations. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday's architecture, data models, and APIs. Utilize Workday's built-in tools and features to design, develop, test, and deploy integrations.
