Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our Pune team. You will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations with other systems, leveraging your expertise in data mapping, workflow configuration, and system integration. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Designing and developing custom integrations using Workday's APIs and connectors. • Collaborating with our customers to understand their business requirements and designing solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for the integrations you design and develop. • Participating in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results. • Staying up-to-date with Workday's latest features and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. • Working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations using Workday APIs and connectors. • Strong understanding of data mapping, workflow configuration, and system integration principles. • Experience working with other systems, such as HR systems, financial systems, or CRM systems. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
