Workday HCM Core Implementation Lead | Poland @ Deloitte

Workday professional who delivers not only technology but collaborates with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributes to functional solutions, and applies Workday and Deloitte methodologies. Readiness to individually lead Workday HCM Core and Security deployments , including responsibilities described above. 3 years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM Core and implementation experience (at least 2 end‑to‑end cycles). Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM Core, including but not limited to: data management, security, reporting, and integration with other systems. Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an international environment, preferably in Poland. Fluency in English language.
